Rental Agreement & Terms
Rental Contract: Rentals begin with a three-month contract; non-refundable payment for all three months and the remaining portion of the current month is due at the time the contract is signed. After the initial three-month agreement the rental continues as a month-to-month contract. You may choose to pay rent on the instrument until it is paid in full, return the instrument at anytime, or buy-out the instrument.
Maintenance: A maintenance plan is included with your rental price. This includes normal wear and tear and minor ajustments*. Loaner instruments (if available) can be issued to you if your instrument is in the shop for more than 14 days.
*Maintenance and repairs are determined by our qualified repair technicians.
Early Buy-Out Option: Every contract has an early buy-out option. If you choose to purchase the instrument within 90 days of sigining the original contract there is a 30% discount off the listed rental price of the instrument. After the inital 90 days, you may buy-out the instrument for 20% off your remaining balance.
Required Security: All rentals must be secured with a major credit card bearing the name of the person who is renting the instrument. A debit card cannot be used as security. A cash deposit can be used if you do not have a credit card.

Every month 75% of your payment goes toward the purchase of the instrument. Your payment also includes a maintenance and lease fee.
You may use 75% of your accrued money toward principle to upgrade to an intermediate or professional level instrument.
